British and American interpretations of the Oresteia, author Cristina-Silvia Dedu

In the dramatic universe we live in, the main desire would be to discover or, better said, to rediscover the specificity of the tragic – seen in the complexity of its significant elements, throughout time.
Therefore, the aim of this paper is to create a bridge over time in order to illustrate the perennially of a symbol, a tragic symbol belonging to ancient times – the Oresteia.
