The generations of students have changed, their needs and skills are different and we, as teachers, have to adapt, to find new ways of keeping them alert. Combining game-like activities with traditional methods increases the students’ motivation, engagement and facilitates a better understanding of the concepts presented. Games provide a suitable context for applying grammatical rules, which helps students deepen their understanding and ability to use grammar correctly.
