The aim of my research paper is to come up with relevant scientific and original information which can help me more to improve my experience in teaching English vocabulary to primary and secondary school students and discover new methods, means and techniques that can be applied for both categories and thus, improving myself as a better teacher.

From the very beginning, I should like to present the title of my research paper, which is the following: “ How to Become a Successful Woman Manager”. The reason I have chosen this title is because I am a woman and in one way, I want to send a message to those women who do have courage to have their own career by affirming that every woman who deserves or is willing to become “someone” in life must be appreciated for what she represents in this contemporary society. I believe that women nowadays are more emancipated and more confident that one day their dreams will come true. In this research paper I will try to express my opinion regarding women’s nowadays possibilities to get a leading job, and even more to become successful women managers or having their own businesses.
